  • The roads that run through the entire subdivision that provide access to each lot are paved.
  • The Public Report has been received from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
  • Foxboro Ranch Estates is professionally managed. HOA fees will be applicable.
  • Any Arizona ROC general contractor may be used.
  • There is a common area in the center of the subdivision of 116 acres. All of the lots surround this common area, with the majority backing forest service lands.
  • Foxboro Ranch Estates dedicated over 1/2 of its area to open space and conservation.
  • Within the 116 acre conservation area there are two nice sized lakes. Elk Lake is two to three acres that has a covered bridge. Fox Lake is 3-4 acres and has 2 walking bridges: one leading to the gazebo and the other to a bird conservation area. Both lakes are stocked with a variety of game fish...perfect for the fishing enthusiast.
  • All custom home designs must be approved by the Design Review Board.
  • A 15,000 square foot moveable building envelope can be placed within the setbacks of each lot by the Buyer, with approval of the Association Design Review Committee.
  • Alternative septic systems are required for all lots.
  • There is no set time limit for building. You can hold this lot indefinitely. After building has begun, the home must be finished within 12 months. If additional time is needed, an extension can be approved by the Design Review board.
  • No hunting is allowed.
  • Foxboro Ranch Estates is serviced by a deep well system. The well site is located between Lots 7 and 8 on tract H.

The Red Cedar Log Lodge is 8,000 square feet and was delivered from British Columbia, Canada. Some of the amenities that the lodge will provide are a community room with a catering kitchen and game room, a fitness room with massage room, and a manager/caretaker's office and living quarters. There is also a walk-out deck with a covered patio that has gorgeous panoramic views of the subdivision.
